Software Engineer
Reporting to the technical lead, software engineer is responsible for design, coding and testing of LintraMax software applications. Prior working experience in financial, plantation, manufacturing or related application development is an advantage. You must have passion in programming and system development. A tertiary degree or diploma in computer science, information system, engineering or related fields is required.
Functional Consultant
Reporting to the consulting lead, functional consultant works with clients on system requirements to transform functional requirements into technical specification, be involved in system design and customization and work with Project Manager in project planning, tracking and reporting. You must possess good interpersonal skills. Prior experience or knowledge of management consulting is an advantage. A tertiary degree from a reputable university is required.
Technical Consultant
Reporting to the consulting lead, technical consultant works with application testing team in developing test plans and execution of testing, mitigation tasks. You must possess good interpersonal skills. Prior experience or knowledge of system implementation is an advantage. A tertiary degree from a reputable university is required.
Helpdesk Analyst
Helpdesk analyst represents LintraMax as the single point of contact to clients on service requests. You must possess the ability to listen to issues raised and articulate problem resolution clearly in writing and verbally. The position requires good coordination skills to proactively assist business users mitigate system technical issues and engage team members for support as and when required to ensure clients’ Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met. Your communication skills in written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia must be good. A tertiary degree or diploma in any field is required. Prior working experience in a similar capacity is an advantage.
Technical Writer
Technical writer is responsible for the creation, review and editing of technical documents such as operating documents, technical manuals, instruction manuals, process workflow and design documents. You must have an excellent grasp of written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia as well as the ability to acquire technical and business subject matter and convey the information concisely and accurately through writing. A tertiary degree or diploma in any field is required. Prior working experience in a similar capacity is an advantage.
Trainer
Trainer must possess the ability to acquire technical and business subject matter and convey the information concisely and accurately through presentation. You must have an excellent grasp of written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia as well as the ability to accurately assess training delivery methods suitable to each environment. A tertiary degree or diploma in any field is required. Prior working experience in a similar capacity is an advantage.
Finance Executive
Finance executive is responsible for debt monitoring and reviewing AR processes, monthly AR closing and bank reconciliation. You are also required to set up procedures for new schemes/initiatives, maintain in-house systems and assist in IT-Finance related projects. A tertiary degree in finance, economics or related field is required. Prior experience in similar capacity is an advantage.
Project Manager
Project manager is responsible to manage a team of software engineers developing and implementing plantation system projects for corporate customers, manage and monitor project schedule, cost and performance per plan, follow-up on project implementation to ensure project goals are met with high customer satisfaction and ensure quality of product through code review and enforcement of good and practical software development processes. Prior experience or knowledge of system implementation and IT project management is required.
Business Development Manager
Project manager is responsible for revenue growth, generate and manage sales pipeline, generate leads through effective networking skills and deliver quality, high-impact presentations (written and oral). You must be driven to help clients establish buying vision and passionate about building relationship with customers, industry groups and business partners. You must possess good interpersonal skills. Prior experience or knowledge of business development or sales and marketing is an advantage. A tertiary degree from a reputable university is required.
