LintraMax Internship Programme provides undergraduates with technical and soft skills experience to gain insights into the working world, specifically in IT and software production.
We provide a 10-week (minimum) internship programme, and we’ll support you through learning and mentoring, with structured feedback from supervisor / mentors. We offer a quality programme, and you get to choose the functional area you want to intern for.

INTERNSHIPS at lintramax
Technical Functions
Get first-hand experience being part of our software development team, where you’ll be mentored on how to produce detailed specifications, write programme codes, and understand the know-hows of software design scope and responsibilities.
As part of our helpdesk team, you get introduced to the types of clients we support in plantation management. You’ll be coached on how to provide excellent customer service. We’ll also show you how to take ownership of user problems and work together to determine the right solution.
Get exposed to the ins-and-outs of project implementation under our Solution Delivery experts, where you’ll learn under their wings the process of gathering requirements, the technical aspects of the business process and how to improve processes with insightful feedback and best practices.
If QA piques your interest, apply to intern with our SQA specialists. They’ll show you the ropes on how to maintain automation testing frameworks, to test across web, mobile and desktop. You’ll also be guided on how to design and build test cases and deliver releases within the targeted timeline.
Under Product Engineering, we equip you with the knowledge of agriculture management systems and data integration. You’ll be guided on R&D, product engineering design flow and the scope of work in the agriculture industry, to identify features and improvements to enhance product value.
