LintraMax Software Development Centre in Malaysia

The new Penang Software Development Centre of LintraMax will commence operations in mid-August, 2012

Petaling Jaya, SELANGOR (16 August 2012) – LintraMax (M) Sdn Bhd (“LintraMax”), an MSC Malaysia-status company, will be embarking its new Penang Software Development Centre at the northern region of Malaysia in mid August 2012. The new centre focuses mainly on software research and development will be based within the MSC Malaysia Cybercity in Bayan Lepas, a town in Penang, also where the main industrial hub and the Free Industrial Zone are located.

“The new Penang Software Development Centre is part of our strategy in maintaining our leadership position on our market segment as we continue to innovate and improve our integrated plantation management solutions. Its focus will be on new products, technology research and development. We hope this centre will be a catalyst to our company’s growth by innovating and developing new products to assist our clients in enhancing their plantation operations.” said Khor Kheng Khoon, Managing Director of LintraMax.

With a northern-based software development centre, LintraMax also intends to tap on to the software engineering talents and resources in the northern region. Thus, a platform enabling these talents to develop cutting-edge solutions and enhancement to the company’s well established and proven integrated plantation management solutions. Among the plans is a collaboration of recruitment drives at reputable universities for expansion at both the centre and northern region.
